Our Return Process

We gladly accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, provided that the return is initiated with the original proof of purchase receipt, which is emailed to you upon completing your order. Follow the simple steps below for a hassle-free return:

  • Document Your Items: Take clear pictures of the items you wish to return as evidence. This will be shared with our customer care team.
  • Retrieve Your Order Confirmation: Locate the order confirmation sent via email, including the original order number.
  • Initiate Return Request: Visit Waqar Electronics’ website and submit a return request, providing order details matching your name, email, and phone number. Clearly state your reason for return, and attach supporting evidence such as pictures or videos.
  • Customer Care Review: Our customer care team will assess your request and contact you if it meets the criteria for a genuine return.
  • Reshipment: If your return is approved, reship the items back to us through any courier service as agreed upon with our customer support team.
  • Exchange: Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may offer an exchange equal to or less than the item's value.
  • Refund Consideration: If a return application is approved, it covers only the price of the article(s) and does not include shipping or stitching costs.
  • Notification of Rejection: If your return claim is rejected, you'll be informed within 5 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • We take responsibility for returns once the items reach our warehouse.
  • Returns are only processed for products sent via courier services.
  • Successfully returned items can be exchanged or credited for future purchases.
  • Faulty or incorrectly delivered products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per our policy.
  • Returns are not accepted for fragile products like LCDs and they must be checked at the time of receiving.
  • If a return is filed after 24-48 hours or 3 days and is accepted by us in special cases, 30% deductions will be applicable.
  • Refund timeline for returned items: 7 days.
  • Return processing time: 7 days.
Eligibility For Return

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product received is incomplete.
Non-Eligibility For Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • "No longer needed," "Changed my mind," or similar reasons.
  • Made-to-order or customized orders.
  • Orders with special discounts as a favor.
  • Returns reported after the first 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned in inadequate condition, tempered, damaged, or violating care instructions.
Our Exchange Procedure

While we hope you love your order, we offer conditional exchanges for quality issues. Follow these steps for an exchange:

  • Confirm Exchange: Confirm your exchange by specifying size guidelines or customizations.

Non-Eligibility For Exchange

Exchanges are not allowed for:

  • Amendments to orders after 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
  • Items purchased on sale.
