Cancelation and Returns

To initiate an order cancellation, kindly send an email to info@waqarelectronics.pk, including the order number, product name, original proof of purchase receipt, and a description of the issue. 

Our customer care agent will promptly reach out to assist you. Alternatively, you can contact us at (add number) from Monday to Saturday between (add time). For the resolution process, please ensure that the purchased items are returned to us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria For Order Cancellation & Returns
  • Orders categorized as "ready to ship" cannot be canceled after confirmation, regardless of payment status (COD/Credit card).
  • Unpaid COD orders can be canceled without questions before shipment from the Waqar Electronics warehouse.
  • Paid orders can be canceled for any reason if reported within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • For cancellations requested after 24 hours of order confirmation for paid made-to-order items, Waqar Electronics may charge 30% of the order value for labor, production, and resources. 
  • We gladly accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, provided that the return is initiated with the original proof of purchase receipt, which is emailed to you upon completing your order.
  • If a return is filed after 24-48 hours or 3 days and is accepted by us in special cases, 30% deductions will be applicable.
  • Refund timeline for returned items: 7 days.
Non-Eligibility Criteria For Order Cancellation & Returns
  • Waqar Electronics may charge cancellation fees if reported after 24 hours.
  • After the specified time frame, Waqar Electronics reserves the right to deduct 30% of the total purchase for production costs in genuine circumstances.
  • A 10-15% fee may be charged for cancellations citing "change of mind" for made-to-order outfits.
  • Pending balances must be cleared within 7 business days, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Returns are not accepted for fragile products like LCDs and they must be checked at the time of receiving.
  • "No longer needed," "Changed my mind," or similar reasons for return are not accepted.
  • Orders with special discounts as a favor cannot be returned.
  • Returns reported after the first 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products returned in inadequate condition, tempered, damaged, or violating care instructions will not be accepted.
